Timani Nairana Art is a 100% Aboriginal owned and run business operated by Timani Nicholls-Moore, offering original artwork, surface pattern designs, illustrations, and licensed digital products.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to copy, scrape, or reproduce any content — including artwork, product images, or written content — without permission.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without notice.

4. Digital Products

Digital pattern files, illustrations, and artwork are licensed, not sold outright. Use of purchased digital products is governed by our separate Digital Licence Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, and content on this site is the property of Timani Nairana Art and protected by copyright. Nothing on this site may be reproduced without written consent.

6. Commissions

Custom commission work (including Reconciliation Action Plan artwork) is subject to a separate agreement made directly between the client and Timani Nairana Art, covering scope, timeline, and payment terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nairana Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its products, to the extent permitted by Australian law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
